Tyntesfield Medical Group is seeking to appoint two permanent salaried General Practitioners to join our North Somerset practice perfectly situated on the Bristol boundaries, and is within easy reach of both Bristol and Bath city centres and wonderful countryside.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated General Practitioners to join our friendly and dynamic team to share our passion for patient care, one position working 7 sessions per week at Brockway Medical Centre, the other position working 5 sessions per week at Tower House Medical Centre.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QoF Care Co-ordinator to join our
Wellbeing Team and support the Health Promotion Team
37.5hrs per week
Hourly rate £10.26 per hour
Candidates will need to be a team player with a passion for giving excellent customer service and have a good command of spoken and written English. A good understanding of Quality outcome Framework (QoF) targets along with a working knowledge of EMIS is desirable. Previous experience gained within the NHS, promoting attendance at Health Promotion clinics, ensuring patients are called for reviews in a timely manner and carry out basic searches is preferred.
