Patient Care Navigator (Receptionist)

Job 1 Monday 07:45 – 13:30 (5.75hrs), Wednesday 08:00 – 13:30 (5.5hrs) and
Friday 13:30 – 18:30 (5hrs)

Job 2 Monday 08:00 – 13:30 (5.5hrs), Tuesday 07:45 – 13:30 (5.75hrs) and
Friday 13:30 – 18:30 (5hrs)

Job 3 Monday 13:30 – 18:30 (5hrs), Wednesday 13:30 – 18:30 (5hrs) and
Friday 08:00 – 13:30 (5.5hrs)

Candidates will need to be a team player with a passion for giving excellent customer service.

Phone and reception experience, a good level of keyboard/IT skills and the ability to demonstrate a good command of spoken and written English are essential for the above position.

Previous experience gained within the NHS, along with a working knowledge of EMIS and medical terminology is preferred. Some early morning/evening work will be required, along with the occasional Saturday.
