We welcome new patients and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.
Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS Number.
There are practical reasons why we might need to be assured that people are who they say they are, or to check where they live. Seeing some form of ID will help to ensure the correct matching of a patient to the NHS central patient registry, thereby ensuring any previous medical notes are passed onto us.
You will need to complete a registration form (GMS1) and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
