Request an Appointment Online

We are piloting a system called AccuRx which will enable you to request routine, non-urgent appointment.

This will be available Monday to Friday between 8am - 12 noon. 

You will be asked a series of questions to help us answer your enquiry. Once your request has been submitted we will then contact you within 3 working days.

Please note we may contact you back with a phone call, text or an email. If you recieve a phone call from a member of our team, your call will be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
